1. When will I receive my order?
Each item is made to order and will ship within 2 weeks of your purchase date. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order ships.
2. I ordered a shirt and haven't heard anything, what do I do?
All items ship within 2 weeks. If you chose a customization option, I will reach out within 48 hours to discuss your customization. Otherwise, you will only receive an email for your order confirmation and another email when your order ships.
3. How do I care for my shirt?
Please be sure to wash & dry gently, inside out, on low heat. I recommend staying away from fabric softeners as much as possible and DO NOT put direct heat on to the lettering of the shirt - it will ruin it. If you must iron your shirt to get wrinkles out, please iron inside out very quickly.
4. What if I don't know what size to order?
Please look at the size chart and measurements prior to ordering. These are Unisex Bella Canvas tees (unless otherwise noted). If you want a tighter fit, I suggest sizing down.
5. What can I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Unfortunately, if you accidentally enter your address incorrectly and your item has shipped, there is nothing I can do about it until the shirt is sent back to me. You will then be charged for shipping again for me to send it to the correct place. Please double check your personal information prior to ordering.
6. What do I do if USPS never delivered my package?
Once I drop off your package at the post office, it's out of my hands. You'll receive a tracking number that you will be able to monitor. If your item is lost or delivered to the incorrect place, please contact your local post office. If it's unresolved that way, please send an email to sillylamb.tees@gmail.com and I will see if I can help in any way.
